An ACRA-registered corporate service provider supporting Singapore incorporation, corporate secretarial and statutory governance, accounting, tax compliance, payroll, audit and finance support. This is the contracting and execution entity for all Singapore-side client work.

A&P Consulting Co., Ltd. — Korea
A Korean corporation providing outsourced finance services, from bookkeeping, payroll, tax and financial statement preparation through to audit support, valuation, outsourced CFO support and staff secondment. It also works on personal tax residency and succession structuring for clients moving between the two countries.
